Shelbie was born and raised in Brenham,TX. She received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Texas State University. Shelbie now resides in Cypress with her husband Santos. She enjoys exercising, doing puzzles and spending as much time as possible with her dogs Max and Molly.
