Co-founders, Bryan and Michael, set out to make McAlister, Sweet & Associates different from other financial services firms by keeping it small, thus working with a limited number of families. Beginning in 2000, our growth stems from referrals from existing clients allowing us to better manage the needs of every family.
Our goal is to make every client feel as if they are part of our family. Through a personal “hands on” approach we stay focused on where our clients want to go, help them get there, and advise them on the importance of maintaining a disciplined strategy to realizing their dreams.
